Torm Dividend 2024. Torm's latest quarterly cash dividend of $1.36 per share was issued to shareholders on record before apr 15, 2024. The board of directors approved a dividend of $1.5 per share based on the second quarter results ( already paid out ):

Torm intends to distribute on a quarterly basis excess liquidity above a threshold liquidity level per vessel based on the number of owned and leased vessels in torm’s fleet as on at the balance sheet. With a dividend yield of 3.94% and a dividend payout ratio of 57%, there is room for growth.
